    2 lbs. fish fillets (I use talipia or orange roughy, grouper is my favorite but usually too expensive)
    1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon grated fresh onion
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 tsp. Tobasco (or more to taste)
    dash pepper
    fresh chopped parsley

    Recipe



    Cut fillets into serving size portions and place in a well greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine butter, lemon juice, onion and seasonings and pour over fish. Bake in a moderate oven, 350ºF for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
