    16 oz. powdered sugar
    3 Tablespoon meringue powder
    1/3 cup warm water
    1 Tablespoon almond flavoring

    Beat for 5 minutes.

    You can spread this on cookies or use a pastry bag with tips and pipe the frosting on the cookies.

    Keep a wet cloth over you frosting mix while you are working with it. It will harden to a shiny finish.
