    Pineapple Au Gratin

    2 cans (15 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained well
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. sugar
    6 T. flour
    20-30 buttery-flavored crackers, coarsely chopped
    1 stick margine, melted

    Recipe



    Stir together pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour; mix well.

    Pour into a buttered 1.5 qt. baking dish.

    Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle with melted margarine.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350ºF. for 25-30 mins.

    To make this a little creamier, reserve 6 T. of juice and add that to mixture.

    Serves 6 - 8.
