I, also, made up a "popcorn" basket with a big serving bowl and several matching small bowls, a big jar of popcorn kernels, a box of microwave popcorn, a bottle of oil and several of these mixes for seasoning.
Parmesan Popcorn
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
In a small saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons butter, onion powder and garlic powder. Place over medium heat until butter is melted. Drizzle seasoned butter over popcorn and toss evenly to coat. Immediately sprinkle on parmesan cheese and toss until mixed and melted.
Pizza Popcorn
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
In a blender or small food processor, blend Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian herb seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper until finely ground (approximately 3 minutes).
Place popcorn in large bowl. Sprinkle with cheese mixture.
Toss to coat evenly.
Cheesy Chili Popcorn
2 Tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbs parm cheese
Mix the chili powder and garlic powder together. Place in a snack-size ziploc bag. Encase cheese in a square of plastic wrap and tuck inside bag.
Mix with 2 Tbsp. melted butter, chili powder and garlic powder. Drizzle over the popcorn and sprinkle with the cheese.
BBQ Popcorn
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon hickory smoked salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine all of the ingredients together. Add mixture to popcorn. Toss well to coat evenly.
