Easy Meatball Stroganoff

12 oz jar homestyle beef gravy
1/2 c sour cream
12 oz fully cooked meatballs, frozen and thawed
Hot cooked egg noodles

Recipe



In large saucepan, combine gravy and sour cream. Bring to boil; stir in meatballs. Reduce heat. Cook, uncovered, 15-20 min or til heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles.

Serves 4


My notes: I would add the sour cream at the end & heat through. Sour cream will break down if boiled!
