1 pkg ranch dressing mix, dry
1 lb ground beef cooked, drained
4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
8 oz wide egg noodles, cooked, drained
8 oz sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese





Recipe

In a skillet combine all ingredients, except cheese. Heat throughly. Sprinkle with cheese. If desired garnish with sliced green onions.
