Barbecued Muffin Meatballs

Sauce:
6 T brown sugar
1/2 C catsup
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. dry mustard
Meatballs:
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 C seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 T finely chopped onionRecipe
Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
Combine the meats, eggs, crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and half of the sauce; mix gently until all ingredients are blended. Shape mixture into 12 balls and place in 3 inch deep muffin pans. Make a small indentation in each ball and fill with remaining sauce.
Bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes.
