    3 tbsp butter
    3 tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 1/4 c milk
    1 c cooked diced ham
    4 hard boiled eggs, shelled and quartered
    Buttered toast

    Recipe



    Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Blend flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirrng constantly. Boil and stir one minute. Gently stir in ham and eggs; heat through. Serve hot on toast.

    Can substitute biscuit, toast cups or rice for buttered toast.
