GLORIFIED ONION PORK CHOPS

List of Ingredients
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pork chops 1/2" thick
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1/2 cup water
Recipe
Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Add onion and cook until tender. Add soup and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.
Serves 6.
