    Melt in Your Mouth Pork Tenderloin

    4 lbs pork tenderloin

    MARINADE
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3 scallions [stems only, finely chopped]
    3/4 cup dry white wine

    GRAVY FOR ROASTED PORK
    1 pkg Knorr Demi Glaze
    1/2 cup sweet and sour plum sauce
    1 Tbs honey
    2 Tbs cornstarch
    1/2 cup water

    Recipe



    Place pork in zip lock bag with marinade and chill overnight.

    Place meat and marinade into roasting pan in a 475ºF oven for 15 mins. Lower temp to 325ºF and cover with foil. Cook for 3 hours.

    Remove meat to platter and allow it to rest 1/2 hour before slicing.

    For the gravy: Dissolve corn starch in water and add the ingredients for the gravy to juices left in roasting pan.
    Heat on stovetop on med heat and stir until it thickens.
    Serve with meat.
