6 ounces uncooked medium egg noodles
16 ounces ECKRICH Smoked Sausage*, sliced
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (16 1/2 ounces) cream style corn
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash ground black pepper
Recipe
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Combine sausage, celery and onion in 10-inch skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until onion is tender, about 7 minutes. In Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine noodles, sausage mixture and remaining ingredients. Heat until hot.
Makes six 1-cup servings.
*For a reduced fat meal, use ECKRICH Lite Smoked Sausage.
