Microwave Maple Bacon Oven Pancake

1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup maple flavored syrup
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
12 slices bacon (1/2 lb.) crisply cooked and Crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar


Recipe

Grease and flour microwaveable pie plate, 10x1-1/2-inch.

Blend baking mix, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, syrup, sugar and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until only small lumps remain. Pour into pie plate.

Microwave uncovered on HIGH (100%), rotating pie plate 1/4 turn every 2 min., until most of top no longer appears doughy, 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes.

Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese and the bacon. Microwave uncovered until cheese is just melted, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.

Serve with maple flavored syrup.

Makes 6-8 servings.
