Star's Blueberry Warm Delight

1 cup fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp sugar
6 Tbsp yellow cake mix
3 Tbsp water
1/2 cup chopped pecans



Recipe



Put blueberries and sugar in a microwave safe large cereal bowl. Microwave on Hi for 2 minutes. When you take it out, it will be very liquid..that's normal and to be expected.

Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix cake mix and water until it looks mixed well, but don't worry about trying to get out all the lumps. Add pecans and stir.

Dollop cake mix on top of hot blueberries in about three places. Don't try to stir it down, just dollop it on top.

Microwave for about 1 min and 40 seconds. You may need more or less depending on your microwave and how you want the cake area to look. At that amount of time, my "cake' parts were solid but a little spongy which is what I was aiming for. The hot blueberries ooze up around the cake, making a kind of pudding cake looking thing.
