Bacon Wrapped Scallops

List of Ingredients
Herb Bread Crumbs:
1 cups bread crumb
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. basil
Mix all ingredients together. Can be frozen for later use.
8 medium sea scallops
4 strips of bacon, cut in half
1-2 oz. olive oil
1/4 cup herb bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish Recipe
Wrap each scallop with half of bacon strip. Season and skewer with toothpick. Heat saute pan, add olive oil and scallops and cook until done on all sides 7-9 minutes. Bacon should be cooked. Remove to plate and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Garnish with chopped parsley. Remove toothpicks before serving.
