    6 oz. heavy whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    Pinch of white pepper
    2 oz. parmesan cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. blackening seasoning
    2 Tbsp. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. red and green bell peppers
    1 Tbsp. green onions
    10 oz. linguine, cooked
    12 shrimp, (26-30 ct.)
    1 Tbsp. blackening seasoning
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. green onion
    1 Tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    In a sauté pan, reduce heavy whipping cream, then add 2 Tbsp. butter, garlic and white pepper. Let simmer for 3 minutes. Add parmesan cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms and green onion. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Add warm, cooked linguine pasta and stir with a spatula. Pour into a pasta bowl. In a sauté pan, melt 2 Tbsp. butter and add blackening seasoning and shrimp. Sauté until shrimp are done about 1 1/2 minutes. Using tongs, place shrimp on top of pasta and garnish with green onions and shredded parmesan cheese.

    Serves 1
