1 qt. chicken stock
1 lb. grits
2 qts. heavy cream
1 lb. smoked Gouda, diced
1/4 lb. butter
Recipe
Bring chicken stock and cream to a boil. Add grits, cook on high for five minutes stirring rapidly. Add butter and cook on low heat for ten minutes. Add cheese, stirring to incorporate.
