List of Ingredients




1 lb. vermicelli
8 oz. extra virgin olive oil
1 clove fresh garlic
1 large Vidalia onion
1 small box mushrooms
Italian seasoning
4 chicken breasts
1 lb. Conecuh sausage



Recipe



Pour olive oil into a sauscepan and place on medium heat. Chop onion and garlic into fine pieces and add to oil. Let simmer on medium to low heat. Cut up sausage into small slices and brown in skillet and then add to ingredients in saucepan. Cut up chicken and cook in the same skillet, then place into saucepan. Cut up mushrooms and add to saucepan. Add seasoning to saucepan and let simmer. Cook pasta and drain and put in bowl. Add all ingredients to pasta, toss and serve.
