    Beef Sticks with Penne Pasta

    1 lb. Certified Angus Beef ® beef sticks, thinly sliced
    12 oz. penne pasta
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1 each yellow, green and red pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
    1 small red onion, chopped
    1 cup black olives
    1 tsp. red pepper, crushed
    1/2 cup citrus salad dressing or to taste

    Recipe



    Cook pasta according to package directions. Cut beef sticks into strips. Sauté garlic, peppers and onions in olive oil until tender. Combine beef sticks with all ingredients and toss. Serve warm or cold.
