    Chicken and Penne Salad

    1 pkg penne*
    2 - 3 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed*
    2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 cucumber, sliced thin & lightly salted
    Ripe Olives, sliced
    1/2 cup Zesty Italian dressing
    1/4 cup creamy Italian dressing

    Recipe



    Cook pasta, drain. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Place all except dressing in a bowl. Mix dressings, pour over salad and toss. Serve now or chill.

    *Any tube pasta can be used and a good way to use leftover chicken.
