    Source of Recipe

    internet

    Recipe Introduction

Prep Time: 10 Minutes; Cook Time: 15 Minutes; Difficulty Easy; Servings: 6 -- A yummy pasta that goes great with anything grilled!

    List of Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Chicken Bouillon Plus 2 Teaspoons, Divided
    1 pound Linguine
    6 cloves Garlic
    1 bunch Italian Parsley
    1 cup Reserved Pasta Water
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
    Fresh Chopped Parsley

    Recipe

Heat a pot of water according to pasta directions. When boiling, add in 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon. Add linguine (or any long pasta of choice) and cook until 1 minute less than al dente. (If box says cook 10–11 minutes, cook for 9 minutes.)

While pasta is cooking, mince garlic (if you love garlic, you can use more) and chop up parsley. (Keep separate.)

Drain pasta and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

Add pasta, garlic, oil, pepper, remaining bouillon, and pasta water back into the pot. Stir constantly until most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in parsley and plate.

Add more oil if you feel the dish needs it.

You can use this as a side to any grilled item or even stir in some grilled chicken, shrimp or steak.
