    COOL 'N EASY WATERMELON PIE

    2/3 cup boiling water
    1 pk (4-serving size) JELL-O-brand watermelon flavor-gelatin, or any flavor
    1/2 cup cold water
    ice cubes
    8 oz Cool Whip non-dairy-whipped topping, thawed
    1 graham cracker-crumb pie crust
    Additional whipped topping for garnish

    Recipe



    Stir boiling water into gelatin in bowl 2 minutes or until dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups. Stir into gelatin until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.

    Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.

    Makes 8 servings.

    NOTE: Sugar-Free JELL-O brand gelatin and COOL WHIP LITE whipped topping can be substituted.
