1 package of Vanilla Instant Pudding( 4-1/2 cup serving size 3.13 oz box)
2 cups milk
6 oz cool whip
8 oz soft cream cheese
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 oz toasted almonds
4 oz chocolate chips
2 oz maraschino cherries
2 baked pie shells

Recipe



Blend the pudding with the milk, cream cheese and almond extract. Add the almonds, chips and cherries. Divide the mixture into the pre baked pie shells and top with the cool whip.

Serves 16

* You could also use the small baked packaged pie shells (Pkg of 4) and make 1/2 of this recipe. Purchase the frozen mini fillo tart shells for miniature desserts.
