    2/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup cornstarch
    2 Tbs. flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 eggs
    3 cups milk
    1 Tbs. Butter
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut

    Baked Pie Shell
    Whipped Cream (or use Cool whip)

    Combine sugar, cornstarch, flour & salt and put on stove at medium heat.

    Add eggs until well incorporated, stirring constantly. Add milk, continue stirring, about 5 min until starts to boil, then stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

    Add butter, vanilla and coconut. Mix all together and pour into baked pie shell. Place plastic wrap over top and refrigerate for 6 hours.

    Top with whipped cream or Cool whip.
