1 - 9" unbaked pastry shell
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
3 cups half and half
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
Combine sugars and flour well. Stir in half and half and vanilla. Make sure there are no lumps. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 400�F oven for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted 1/2 way between center and edge of pie comes out clean.
Cool on rack. Serve at room temp. or chilled.
Note: The texture of this pie is so delicate, and it is such a simple mixture. Most are skeptical at first because of the lack of eggs, but it is just wonderful!
