    FUDGE-TOPPED PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE

    List of Ingredients

    1 (6 oz) ready shortbread pie crust
    1 (4 serving size) package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    3/4 cup of milk
    1 (10 oz) package of peanut butter chips, divided
    2 Tbls. oil
    1 (12 oz.) jar Chocolate Fudge Topping

    Recipe

    Whisk together pudding mix, sour cream and milk in a med. bowl-set aside.

    Place 1 1/3 cups peanut butter chips and oil in small microwave safe bowl. Micorwave on high 45 seconds, stir and run an additional 15 seconds, stir until smooth.

    Using a hand mixer on high speed, gradually add to pudding mixture, beat til smooth.

    Spread evenly in pie shell, top with the fudge topping.

    Cover and chill 6-8 hours. Prior to serving, top with the remaining peanut butter chips.
