    Mr. Food's Easy As Pie Crust

    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 Tablespoons sugar
    1/2 cup oil
    2 Tablespoons cold milk

    Recipe



    All we do is sift (with a sifter or even with a plain strainer), flour with salt and sugar right into the pie plate. In a measuring cup, beat together oil and cold milk. Pour that right over the flour, give it a quick mix with a fork, just enough to moisten the flour, and press it into the pie plate. Now we can prick it all over with a fork.

    Bake it at 425°F. for about 15 minutes.

    This is THE BEST pie crust for those who don't like to make pies. It tastes like a cross between Graham Cracker and Regular crust. It is only for a bottom crust so it is great for Cream pies, custards, Dutch Apple and Pumpkin. This is MARVELOUS and OH, SO, EASY..
