PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE

List of Ingredients
1 - 9" pie crust
FILLING:
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 cups thin sliced tart apples
1 egg, beaten
CRUMBS:
1/4 cup cold butter
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugarRecipe
Blend crumb ingredients together and set aside.
Combine sour cream, sugar, flour, salt and vanilla. Add apples and beaten egg. Bake in shell for 25 minutes at 400ºF. Remove from oven, add crumbs. Return to oven for 20 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate. Serve when cold.
