    Peaches and Cream Pie

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups fresh peeled and chopped peaches
    1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup flour
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 eggs beaten
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Topping:
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 cup butter


    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Place the peaches in the pie pastry.

    Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs and sour cream, blending well. Spoon mixture over peaches.

    In a separate bowl combine topping ingredients until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle mixture over pie.

    Bake 1 hour.
