    Sister's Pecan Pie

    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 T. all purpose flour
    1 T. milk
    1 t. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped pecans
    9 inch pie shell, unbaked

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350�F. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy and stir in melted butter. Stir in brown sugar, white sugar and flour. Mix well. Last add milk, vanilla & pecans. Pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 400�F then reduce temperature to 350�F. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until done.

    Serves 8
