List of Ingredients




1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 rib of celery, minced
2 tablespoons green pepper, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon hot, dry mustard
Dash of Tabasco
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 unbaked pie shell

TOPPING:
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk

Recipe



Cook and stir ground beef over medium heat until lightly browned, and drain off the excess fat. Add onion, celery, and green pepper to the pan with the meat and cook just until tender but not browned. Stir in the salt, pepper, catsup, breadcrumbs, mustard, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix well and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Combine the topping ingredients and spread evenly over the meat mixture.

Bake at 375� until bubbling hot all through and crust is browned, about 30 minutes.
