    2 (9 oz) packages frozen creamed spinach, defrosted according to pkg directions
    1 (9") pre-baked pie crust
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
    3/4 cup milk
    3 Tbsps flour
    2 tsp dry dill
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Combine creamed spinach, eggs, feta cheese, milk, flour, dill and pepper in medium bowl; pour into pie shell. Top with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake for 35-40 minutes or til set; let stand for 10 mins.
