Easy Elegant Chicken

4 chicken breats
1/2 c. dijon mustard
1/2 c. mayo
1 c. fresh grated parmesan cheese


Recipe



Mix mustard and mayo together. Place half of the cheese on a plate. Brush one side of chicken with mayo mixture then lay coated side down in cheese. Brush the exposed side with mayo mixture, cover with cheese. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.

Lightly coat a baking dish with non-stick spray. Place chicken in dish and bake at 425ºF for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
