8 pieces of Chicken
1 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup finely chopped onion
1/4 Cup Vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar/Splenda
1 Tbsp salt
1/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup water
4 Cloves Garlic minced

Recipe



Brown the chicken pieces in a frying pan. Preheat oven to 375ºF. While chicken is browning mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place browned chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake for one hour.

I serve this with garlic mashed potatoes.
