    My notes: I have used 8 x 8 dish and bake it at 350º until done...Serve over rice or noodles. Very good, easy. This is a recipe orginally from the internet but I changed it...I don't use the sherry or wine...I leave it out...I added the garlic powder.


    List of Ingredients




    2 T. sesame seeds
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. dry sherry or white wine (optional)
    1 T. lemon juice
    garlic powder to taste
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned, deboned

    Recipe



    Toast seeds in a small fry pan over medium heat, shaking pan frequently, about 5 mins. Transfer seeds to small bowl & blend with honey, mustard, sherry and lemon juice. Arrange chicken, slightly apart in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour sesame mixture evenly over chix. Bake uncovered at 400º, basting several times, until chix is done, about 15-20 mins.
