HOT CHICKEN SALAD (T&T)

Recipe Introduction
This is good and easy. Great for a covered dish luncheon or dinner.
List of Ingredients
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 t. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. celery, diced
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Recipe
Toss all together and put in greased casserole, cover with bread crumbs and grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 mins or until hot and cheese is melted.
Serves 4-6.
