Honey Dijon Chicken

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
2 T mustard
1 T honey
1/2 c. apple juice, broth, or water
1 tsp. olive oil
Recipe
Salt and pepper chicken on both sides, to taste, warm oil, and brown chicken in a skillet. Remove, and keep warm. In the same skillet, add all other ingredients, mix well. Place chicken back in pan and simmer until no longer pink in the center.
