1 (8 oz) pkg stuffing mix
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken

Recipe



In large bowl, combine stuffing mix and melted margarine; toss well. In medium bowl, combine the soup and milk. Dip chicken into soup mix, then into stuffing, pressing with hands to coat. Place on ungreased baking pan. Bake at 375ºF for 1 hour. 4 servings

NOTE:
I'm using boneless chicken breasts tonight. All cuts of chicken work good. Just adjust your baking time according to the chicken you use. This is truly delicious! The butter and the stuffing and the drippings all baked in the pan until crispy and gooey. Ahhhhhh.... comfort food! I'm going to have some green beans (with bacon grease!) and some extra stuffing cooked in the pan with it!
