Onion-Topped Chicken & Potatoes

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 medium potatoes, peeled and halved
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can (2.8 oz) french fried onions
Recipe
Place chicken in greased 9" square baking dish. Arrange potatoes around chicken. Combine soup and sour cream; spread over chicken and potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350ºF for 1 hr 15 minutes. Sprinkle with onions and bake 10 minutes longer.
