Pecan Chicken

4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons finely chopped pecans
Recipe
Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap,and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
Stir together honey and Dijon mustard;spread on both sides of chicken,and dredge in pecans.
Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes or until done.
Yield: 4 servings
Note: This was also tried on the George Foreman Grill sprayed with Butter Flavored Pam Spray and cooked for 3 1/2 - 4 mins. and came out good.
