    Pecan Chicken & Maple-Dijon Sauce

    1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
    1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. EACH of thyme, paprika and salt
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    3 Tbsp. dijon mustard

    Maple-Dijon Sauce:
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 Tbsp. dijon mustard

    Recipe



    In shallow bowl, combine the pecans, bread crumbs, thyme, paprika and salt. Coat chicken with mustard, then with pecan mixture.

    Place in a greased 9 x 13" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until juices run clear.

    Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl; serve with chicken.
