Rolled Chicken Breasts

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded flat
1/2 stick butter melted
For the bread crumb mixture: ( this is all to taste )
Seasoned bread crumbs
Lawry's seasoned salt
parsley flakes
tarragon leaves
garlic powder
parmesan cheeseRecipe
Dip chicken breast in butter then into bread crumbs, coating both sides well. Sprinkle a small amount of crumbs in center of breast, roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Place chicken breasts in baking dish just large enough to hold them, sides touching is ok. Put pats of butter on top and bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Remove toothpicks and enjoy!!
*** You can add a slice of cheese, ham, finely diced mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. before rolling. I added a slice of provolone cheese to mine. Delicious!
