    1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/4 cup lite soy sauce
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 small cans or 1 large can mushroom pieces, drained

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil until no longer pink. Stir in soy sauce and sesame seeds and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove chicken with a slotted spoon into a bowl.

    Keep warm. In the same skillet, sauté onion and mushrooms until onion is tender. Add chicken to pan and warm through.

    Serve over wild rice or cooked noodles.

    Makes 5 servings. Per serving: 272 calories, 16 g. protein, 13 g. fat, 474 sodium
