Beef & Vegetable Fried Rice

1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp gound ginger
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 package (6 oz) frozen pea pods
3 c cold cooked rice
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp dark sesame oil
1/4 c thinly sliced green onionsRecipe
Brown beef w/ garlic & ginger over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Remove beef & keep warm.
Heat 2 Tbsp water in same skillet over med-high heat until hot. Add bell pepper & pea pods; cook 3 minutes or until pepper is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, soy sauce, & sesame oil.
Return beef to skillet; heat through. Stir in green onions.
