    1 head of iceberg lettuce, washed & cubed
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    4 cloves of garlic
    Worcestershire sauce
    1 block of Romano cheese
    *optional: green olives and tomatoes


    Recipe



    Chop garlic and let it marinate in the olive oil for at least an hour (the longer, the better!). Then mix in grated Romano cheese and Worcestershire sauce, to taste.

    Cube the lettuce and add the dressing.

    Enjoy!!
