    List of Ingredients




    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 thick slices Onion, diced
    1/3-1/2 c. mustard (I used spicey brown)
    8 hamburger buns
    16 slices Ham
    8 slices Swiss Cheese (I'm sure any kind can be used)

    Recipe



    Combine butter, onions & mustard. Spread on each bun, both halves. On the bun bottoms, layer 2 slices of ham then one slice of cheese. Cover with bun tops. Wrap each sandwich w/ foil. Place on a cookie sheet & bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.

    Freeze up to 2 months, bake frozen sandwiches at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
