1 (4 - serving) box jello chocolate sugar free cook and serve pudding [not instant]
2/3 cup carnation dry milk powder
1 1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons reduced calorie margarine
1/2 cup mini marshmellows



Recipe



Combine pudding mix, dry milk powder, add water and cook over medium heat stirring constantly with a wire whisk until mixture thickens and starts to boil.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, margarine and marshmellows and stir till margarine and marshmellows are melted.

ANY LEFTOVERS CAN BE REFRIGERATED AND REHEATED IN MICROWAVE.

This makes 6 ( 1/4 cups ) of hot fudge.
