    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup shredded cheese


    Recipe



    Stir together all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat over medium to low heat about 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

    I made 1/2 the recipe....and used Velveeta cheese, skim milk and light mayo and it was still good...."creamylicious" GOOD!

    I also made mine in the micro...placed all ingredients in a glass measuring cup and microed at 30 second intervals....stirring each time...until sauce was smooth and creamy ....

    Chefly is right....this has a nice mild flavor...nothing over powering at all....it would be perfect for any dish where you wanted a light drizzle of cheese...it was just the perfect cheese sauce for this recipe...
