    List of Ingredients




    2 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 T thyme
    2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
    1/2 T cumin
    Dash cayenne pepper
    2 T chili powder
    3 c water
    1 T black pepper
    1 T Hungarian paprika (no substitutes)
    1 t salt

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef, breaking into very small pieces as it cooks; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 1 hour or until desired consistency.
