Crab Bisque

List of Ingredients
1 container (16 0z) 0f crab claw meat
1/2 onion
3 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 stick of butter
1 qt container of half and half
milk
2 heaping Tbs flour
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
In food processor, put celery, onion, carrot. Saute vegetables in pan with 1 stick butter. Add crab meat, half and half, salt and pepper and flour. Use milk to thin if needed. We like ours thick. Heat on low to medium and stir frequently so half and half does not scald.
This is so good also over rice or plain like a soup. The crab claw meat is very expensive but when on sale at the fish market this is our treat. Easy to make and very quick...
