2 lbs. large shrimp, heads off
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 C. butter
1/4 C. dry vermouth
1/2 C. lemon juice
1/4 C. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C. chopped green onions
1/2 C. chopped parsley Recipe
Peel and devein the shrimp, but leave tails on. Sprinkle well with salt and pepper; toss. Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish. Melt the butter over medium heat and add the vermouth, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, green onions and parsley. Simmer for 3 minutes, then pour over
the shrimp.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven just until they turn pink, 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
